The BI SL3® handheld alcohol monitoring device enables individuals to submit BrAC tests discreetly while they work, attend school, and live in the community. Equipped with LTE technology to support next-generation alcohol monitoring, this portable device incorporates powerful technology to drive compliance and accountability. Clients simply power on the unit, insert the mouthpiece, and follow the directions on the LCD screen for one-touch testing. If the user is in violation of their pre-set limits, he or she will be notified within sixty seconds and will be prompted to take another test. A text message will be sent to the officer on the notification list, several people can be notified at any one time. Additionally, the on-board GPS system will provide accurate information with regard to the users whereabouts at the time of the test.
